Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our delivery service is 100% discreet. All orders are shipped in plain packaging i.e. plain brown boxes or padded envelopes for smaller items. 

We use numerous carriers selecting each one carefully based on their ability to have your order delivered to your doorstep on time, so don't be surprised if you receive your order sooner than expected. 

We endeavor to deliver your goods within 2 days of placing an order. However, if you need your order to arrive on a specific date or to a Hotel, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We partner with reputable national carriers, such as SingPost, DHL, Fedex and UPS to ship your orders. We'll identify the best suited for your orders. All orders are trackable. As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking number.

Shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. 

Delivery times vary with different countries, depending on the service you selected. Orders are processed within 24hrs unless otherwise stated.
